Emotional Intelligence – Using the seminal work of Daniel Goleman, the seminar explores the emotional intelligence model and how to apply Emotional Intelligence and Social Competence in the workplace. Participants receive 360 degree feedback which provides insight into their current levels of EI, areas of strength and areas for development. The one day format explores the EI model, offers self-assesments and case studies to learn and apply EI theory. Key topics: Self awareness, self management, social awareness, social skill.
Coaching for Impact - Learn how to coach and help your employees achieve superior performance. Develop the ability to ask critical questions, provide support, challenge to achieve goals and focus on aligning the individual with organizational performance. Participants will learn coaching skills and apply them to their on-the-job coaching challenges.
