Using the seminal work of Daniel Goleman, the seminar explores the emotional intelligence model and case studies to learn and apply EI theory in the workplace. Participants receive 360 degree feedback which provides insight into their current levels of EI, areas of strength and areas for development. The one day format explores the EI model, offers self-assesments and case studies to learn and apply EI theory.

With formal power or without, leaders influence and have impact. Participants learn about their natural ability to influence along with a variety of strategies such as empowerment, relationship building, developing a common vision and logical persuasion.

Who does a leader turn to for support and frank discussions? Leaders learn coaching skills, get support and gain the benefit of candid, confidential coaching from four to six peers.

Coaching for Impact
Learn how to coach and help your employees achieve superior performance. Develop the ability to ask critical questions, provide support, challenge to achieve goals and focus on aligning the individual with organizational performance.
