This workshop provides leaders an in-depth look at the quality and impact of their leadership.  Participants receive 360 degree leadership style feedback from the boss, employees and peers.  They learn directly through an organizational climate survey the impact of their leadership style on the climate of the organization and ultimately performance results.

  • Effective and ineffective uses of six leadership styles
  • Identifying elements of organizational climate and creating a climate for top employee performance
  • Strategies to improve clarity, standards, responsibility, flexibility, rewards and teamwork

Participants receive one-on-one coaching based on survey feedback data and set business and leadership behavior goals to improve climate and employee performance.
